The work I do every day makes a difference to others – mostly, I hope, for the better.
Take a break from your routine and practice slowing down during this unique Guided Mindfulness Session. I was the first therapist to offer Mindfulness Walks in this part of the UK and many others continue to follow my lead in this field, which began around the start of the 2003.
There is a difference having someone who is a highly qualified Psychotherapist and Counsellor by your side. I have a Bachelor of Science degree, with Honours, in Psychology and Counselling, and I have studied to Masters level in Mindfulness Practice, and this is always put to good use in our session. You will be taught simple exercises to improve your emotional wellbeing.
I can help you to increase your self awareness, and improve your life in ways you never thought possible, through my unique Mindfulness Walks.
This particular method of Therapy has proven to help people who experience bereavement, redundancy, depression, trauma and many more difficulties throughout life.
Mindfulness also be successful for individuals who have ADHD or similar concentration difficulties, Autism, Pervasive Developmental Disorder, OCD, Anxiety, Depression and Cognitive impairment. Change Therapy specializes in this area.
I have worked with groups of Neurodiverse adults over the last decade, and together we find things out about ourselves that 100% heighten awareness of our own Wellbeing, both physically and emotionally.

Mindfulness can help you create some time to think clearer. I can teach you how to be more self aware, even for a few minutes a day, which will help you discover that ‘me-time’ is possible. This ‘Me-time’ is crucial for your Well-being, and provides you with a goal to improve not only yourself, but the well-being of those around you too.
Some of the benefits of practising Mindfulness include:
Increased mind skills: concentration, flexibility, creative thought, memory.
Improved psychological awareness: coping mechanisms, self assertiveness, confidence in communicating with others and being stronger from within.
Enhanced health and wellbeing: improving your physical and mental stamina, enhances the functions and mechanisms in your body (physiological health), reduces stress and anxiety and many other positive attributes.
Everyone has different experiences in dealing with life in general, and we all try to cope in our own way, however sometimes, things don’t always work out the way that we plan, and that is where I can help.

Whether you are needing help to cope in a very busy and challenging life, experiencing pain or grief, or are just genuinely interested in finding out more about Mindfulness or Meditation, my Mindfulness Walk might be just what your mind, body and spirit need – therefore I would suggest getting in touch with me via the Contact Page.

Mindfulness Walks are indeed a powerful tool, helping us to re-connect with nature, be more present, plus reduce anxiety & stress, too.

Walking through the bush, camera in hand. Being as slow and as quiet as possible. Feeling one with nature. This is my happy place.
